We, at 888poker, are proud to announce a partnership with Europe’s biggest poker room, King’s Casino Czech Republic, in association with the Deutsche Poker Tour (DPT) and German Championship of Poker (GCOP).

In 2016, King’s Casino is slated to host eight GCOP and DPT events, which feature €159 and €888 buy-ins and €100,000 and €200,000 guaranteed prize pools, respectively. In addition, the venue will host a number of our very popular 888Live Local tournaments.

Given the new partnership, we have launched a series of online satellites with buy-ins starting at 1¢ for GCOP and DPT packages. Packages will include full buy-in and hotel accommodation for the duration of the event.

The next DPT online Qualifier requires a $30 buy in and will take place between 28/04/16 – 02/05/2016. Players will have a wait a little longer for the summer edition of the GCOP, which will run 02/06/16 – 06/06/2016 and requires a $160 buy-in. Both Qualifiers can be reached via the online Satellite Tournaments.

Everything a Poker Player Would Want

King's Casino Rozvadov players, who only need to be at least 18 years old to enter, are treated to free drinks and a buffet, which is included in their €10 admittance fee. Unlike many casinos in Europe, there is no dress code, which is no doubt music to most poker players' ears.

"The King’s Casino is truly unique place in Europe - maybe it’s even more than a casino, it’s a community of players," says PokerNews European Editor, Giovanni Angioni. "Not only do you have cash games at virtually any limit any time you want, but everyone there is so committed to doing the best they can for the players, that you feel like you finally found a place where poker is truly respected and valued."

Angioni continues: "Leon likes to call the casino ‘a ship where everyone works non-stop to make the players feel at home,’ and that’s really the feeling you get once you cross the casino door. Free food, free drinks, a top-class à la carte restaurant, friendly personnel, and super comfortable chairs are just the perfect setup for the crazy action that King’s regulars put up every time they find a moment to head to Rozvadov."

What's more, King's Casino Rozvadov – located at Rozvadov 7, 34806 Rozvadov, CZ - makes it easy for players to get there. For instance, if you're unable to make it there on your own, they offer a shuttle service. If you fly into either the Prague (90 minutes by car) or Munich Airports (60 minutes by car), simply ring them up at +49 (0) 175 358 0844.

In addition to poker, King's Casino Rozvadov offers a full slate of games in their casino area, which was rebuilt in 2014. Among the games on tap are American Roulette, Blackjack (€5 to €500), 5-Card Caribbean Poker, King's Poker/Russian Poker, King's Hold'em, Punto Banco, and over 100 modern slot machines.
